How Your Order Unfolds
Simple, personal and strictly bespoke. Here is what to expect from inquiry to delivery.
Custom Brief
Choose your base and add the gifts, treats, flowers and extras you’d like to include. Build it around the person you’re gifting to and make it uniquely theirs. Build it directly on our website or on WhatsApp.
Quote & Payment
Once you’ve built your gift, we’ll confirm your selections and send you your final quote. Once your quote has been confirmed, you can pay securely on our website or we can send you a payment link for easy payment. Once payment is made, we’ll get started on your order.
Craft & Delivery
This is where we bring it all together. We carefully curate, package and prepare your gift, ready to be delivered and make someone feel special.
Order Lead Time & Turnaround Policy
Because our fresh botanicals are procured specifically for your order and beverages are secured bespoke, all custom builds commence only once full payment has been confirmed via direct EFT or our secure on-site checkout. We recommend booking well in advance for key celebrations and events.
